What we collect

If you send an appointment request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number and/or email, your child's first name and age, your preferred times and any message. Please don't include medical details in the form. We'll talk through those by phone.

How we use it

Your request is emailed to our office so we can contact you about an appointment. This website does not store your request in a database, and we don't sell or share it for marketing.

Services we use

The site is hosted by Vercel, and form emails are delivered by Resend. Like most websites, our host may process basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site. We use Vercel's built-in, privacy-friendly analytics and no advertising trackers. The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps and loads from Google when you scroll to it.

Your health information

Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at your first visit.
